TORTUS is ISO 27001 (LRQA, UKAS-accredited), ISO 13485 certified, Cyber Essentials Plus certified, NHS DTAC compliant, and registered as a UK Class I medical device with the MHRA. Trusts remain data controllers; TORTUS acts as data processor under a signed DPA.
