Setting the standard for clinical AI.

TORTUS was selected for Phase II of the MHRA AI Airlock - the UK regulator's sandbox for AI as a Medical Device. We co-developed the regulatory pathway for ambient voice technology alongside the MHRA.

The Phase 2 Programme Report, published 9 June 2026, sets out how AI medical devices should be evaluated, monitored, and brought to market in the UK.
